28 teams from League A compete in seven groups in a mini-tournament format in one of the participating countries. Mini-tournaments will take place during periods from February 25 to March 7 and from April 8 to May 18, 2026.
The winners of the quartets join the host, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the final stage of Euro-2026 (WU-19), which will take place from June 27 to July 10. The draw for the forum is scheduled for April 22.
